General terms and conditions (GTC) for the Eisenmann Group online shop.

1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Eisenmann Group (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) regarding the sale of gold and silver as well as the purchase of gold and silver by the seller.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
2.2 By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to buy or sell the selected goods.
2.3 The contract is only concluded when the seller confirms the customer's order or ships the goods.
3. Prices and payment terms
3.1 The prices stated in the online shop include VAT and plus shipping costs.
3.2 Payment can be made either in advance, PayPal or other payment methods offered in the shop.
3.3 If the seller purchases the goods, the agreed amount is paid after careful inspection of the goods sent.
4. Delivery and shipping
4.1 Delivery takes place according to the delivery times and shipping conditions specified in the ordering process.
4.2 If purchased by the seller, the customer is responsible for the safe and proper packaging of the gold or silver to be shipped.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal. Information about the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form can be found on our website.
6. Retention of title
6.1 The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 The statutory warranty provisions apply.
7.2 The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage of the goods.
8. Data protection
8.1 The seller observes the data protection regulations. Details can be found in our data protection declaration.
9. Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 Changes or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
9.3 If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
